Kate Eyecandy

There is some new and experimental eyecandy in kate. The regions for code folding are now displayed with different colors in the left hand bar and if the mouse cursor is moved over the bar the text is highlighted with a background color. There are still a few painting glitches, but essentialy it is working. See the two images below
